(Psalm 34:18-19) I can’t begin to understand what ___ is experiencing right now—the hurt, the pain, the frustration, the grief—but You can, Father. More than anyone else on this earth, You know ___’s pain. You understand it. You’ve experienced it and can empathize with it. Not only that, but according to Your Word, I know You are near to those who experience this pain. God, I ask You would be near to ___ amid this unimaginable hardship. Wrap Your arms around ___, Jesus. Remind them of how You see them. Show them Your unending love and care for them. Surround ___ with Your security. Protect them from the Enemy’s attacks on their identity, belonging, and place in Your family. ___, Your child, is hurting right now, Father. It’s unjust; it’s not fair. Through Your Holy Spirit, please provide ___ with the warmth and safety of Your great love. Amen.
