(Psalm 139:14-16) Yahweh, You are not a God of mass production or automation. We don’t enter this world on assembly lines or conveyor belts. Instead, as the psalmist wrote in Psalm 139, You “formed every bone in my body...carefully, skillfully shaping me from nothing to something.” From the moment we came into existence, Father—by Your will—You knew us. You knew us, Lord, because You created us. You’re the very reason we have existence in the first place, and as You chose to give us life, You also chose to create us with purpose, intentionality, and uniqueness. As You know, Father, Your child, ___, is so uniquely, wonderfully, and beautifully made. By Your design, ___ has a unique identity specific only to them. That is what You intended, Lord. So, Father, I ask You to reveal to ___ all the nuances, specificities, and details of Your design in their life. Show ___ not only what makes them them, but also why that uniqueness is intentional, purposeful, and beautiful. Give ___ eyes, Father, to see their identity and personality how You see them. Thank You for Your design in our lives. Amen.
