(Matthew 6:12) Gracious Father, ___ has been forgiven of their sins and is one of Your children. But they’ve been hurt by someone and didn’t deserve it. Please give them the strength and faith to extend forgiveness to those who have hurt them. Speak to them through Your Spirit, and guide them to the point where they can honestly forgive so they can experience the freedom that forgiving someone brings. Give them the courage not only to forgive, but to communicate that fact to the offenders. Please show them the blessings that forgiving others brings. In Your name I pray, Amen.
