(Matthew 25:23) Father, as Christians, our purpose on earth extends far beyond our careers. Thank You that the end of ___’s career does not mean the end of their purpose, but the continuation of fulfilling their Kingdom purpose. Open doors for them to leave a beautiful legacy, not by earthly standards, but by Your Kingdom’s standards. Give them opportunities to plant seeds of faith in people that will grow for years and years. As the demands of their career are behind them, I pray they have the opportunity to sit and invest in people. Give them the opportunity to use the specific gifts You put in them to teach others to flourish and grow in their own gifts from You. In the light of eternity, a legacy built on Heaven’s standards is of far greater value than any of our earthly accomplishments. May this season be the time ___ builds a legacy of leading people back to You. Amen.
