(Proverbs 25:2) Yahweh, You are a great God of mystery. You hide the fullness of Your glory; You conceal parts of Your majesty—and we don’t always understand why. Although we can’t fully comprehend the mystery of Your character and Your love, thank You for it. Thank You that You are not a God who we can put into a box, that we can completely define. Thank You that Your ways are higher than our ways. Thank You for the infinite amount of opportunities to know You more and grow deeper in relationship with You. Thank You for Your great mystery, Father. And in that mystery, we know it’s sometimes difficult to see or understand who You are or how You’re working. ___ is in the middle of a time like that, Father. Remind them that You haven’t left them. Despite their feeling of disconnection, reassure ___ that they are not alone. You are with them, and You are still working in their life. Reveal the beauty of Your great mystery to ___, Father. Fill them with a new appreciation for the parts of Your character beyond our deepest comprehension. Amen.
