(Galatians 6:9) Lord Jesus, in You, and You alone, we have hope. This isn’t a temporary hope or a hope that changes from circumstance to circumstance. It is an infinite, lasting, permanent hope You promise to all those who love and trust You. Even in the middle of difficult, painful, frustrating seasons, Father, Your hope remains. Even when we cannot see You at work, Your hope perseveres and endures. Today, Lord, I ask You to remind ___ of this hope on the horizon. When ___ is weary or disheartened, encourage them with the truth that a new season is coming. And more than that, Your hope, love, and joy is here right now! It’s present and accessible in ___’s life as I say this prayer. Praise You, Lord, that even when everything in our lives tells us otherwise, Your faithfulness remains true. Because of You and Your great love, Father, we don’t have to be weary or disheartened. But even when we are, You don’t leave us or forsake us. You stay with us. You walk alongside us—because You are a faithful God. Speak the truth of Your love, hope and faithfulness to Your child, ___, Father. Amen.
