(Luke 14:11) Yahweh, You are greater, more loving, more powerful, and more reliable than any other human, living thing, or spiritual being in, above, or under the Earth. Father, You are the Creator, and we are the creation. Although You are so much higher and greater and mightier than we will ever be, You’ve still given us the privilege and responsibility to join in Your mission to save the world. Thank You for that honor, Lord Jesus. Thank You also, God, for giving us Your Holy Spirit to convict us of our own sin and brokenness. Thank You for helping us see and recognize our own limitations and shortcomings. Thank You for making it clear that, in everything, success and fulfillment can only be found in complete surrender to You. In their ministry, Father, I ask You to bless ___ with a humble heart. Give them a perspective of Your glory in comparison to their brokenness. Fill ___’s heart with revelation after revelation of Your power, reliability, and love. Give them the assurance that, when they fall short, You will always be there to pick up the pieces—if only they’d let You in. Give ___ a humble heart, a humble mind, and a humble spirit, Father. Amen.
