(Proverbs 20:28) Dear Lord, Your Word is filled with examples of leaders both good and bad. Please help ___ to be a good leader. Please develop in them the characteristics of a good and godly leader. Give them the energy and the wisdom to lead in a way that would bring You praise and honor. Help them to lead with the right combination of their heart and their head, and bring them the support from those who come under their leadership. May all those who follow them see clear evidence of Jesus in their life and style of leadership. It’s in His name I pray, Amen.
