(Romans 12:17-18) Friend of all, You have called us to live peaceably with all men, even, and especially, when conflict arises. As it says in Proverbs 12:1 help ___ to see how discipline and correction can lead to knowledge. When their boss or co-workers bring a mistake or area of improvement to their attention, whether through kind words or harsh words, may ___ see it as an opportunity to grow. Give them a hunger to become and fulfill all You have called them to be. Help them to filter the correction they receive through Your view of them. When they receive feedback that does not sound like it came from a heart of wisdom, allow it not to harm their heart. Be their shield and lead them to surrender offense at Your feet. As they give feedback to others, I pray You give them kind words to speak that are like a honeycomb, sweet to the taste and healthy to the body (Proverbs 16:24). May they give and receive words of improvement from the heart of a friend. Amen.
