(Hebrews 12:2) Father, as ___ presses into the future, may they always gravitate toward what is ahead—toward the future You’ve set out for them. Instead of living in the past, I pray that You’d give ___ a new spirit of living for what is ahead. Instead of worrying about today, I ask that You’d give them, through Your Spirit, a sense of hope and joy for the future. I believe and claim a beautiful and wonderful road ahead for ___—a road of adventures, new energy, new friends, and most of all, Father, newness in You. Lord, I ask that You would break ___ out from the people and relationships that hold them back, and that You would bring into their life people that bring a new joy and hope founded in Your truth. May ___ grow in this living, and may Your joy overwhelm them every day. Yes, there will be challenges, Father, but let joy win out every time in their heart.
