(1 Corinthians 14:39-40) Heavenly Lord, I know that all things are created by You, and that by Your great hand, they all hold together. Please help___ in the area of management. Please give them the wisdom to lead those in their charge in a way that will honor You. Instill in their heart the patience, understanding, and respect they need to lead well. Help them to manage well not just those under their care, but every other aspect of their life as well. Give them the discernment needed to see what is important and to concentrate on those things that are most necessary. Above all, Lord, help them to bring glory and honor to You as a child of Yours.
