(Hebrews 13:7) A clear and consistent theme throughout Scripture is that You, Father God, have not abandoned us. Despite our sin and brokenness, You have not left us. Not only have You sent Your Spirit to live within us, but You also speak to us and guide us through Your work inside of other believers. In Your mercy and grace, You’ve surrounded us with the body of Christ. You’ve called us to a life of community and sacrificial relationship—not arbitrarily, but for our own benefit. You made us for community and relational living, and You call us to a life that lines up with Your intentional design. Thank You for that, Lord. Thank You for not leaving us on our own. Father, I ask You to surround ___ with Your community of believers. Bring into their life not only peers and people with whom to share life, but also mentors and spiritual guides to provide wisdom through Your Holy Spirit. Specifically, Lord, place someone in ___’s path to intentionally invest in their life. Give ___ an example of what it looks like to follow after You selflessly, sacrificially, and wholeheartedly. Speak to ___ through Your people, and remind them that You are always with them. Amen.
