(Romans 8:38a) Father, thank You for the gift of home—a place where we can always go to feel the embrace of family, eat a home-cooked meal, and hear joy in familiar laughter. Help ___ hold these memories and comforts close to their heart as they move to a new home. Although we feel a sense of safety in our childhood homes, You are our true safe house, Father. Thank You that home is not simply a place, but anywhere we are in Your presence. As ___ settles in, I ask that You give them joy and grace to keep a smile on their face no matter the space. There’s no place ___ can go that You won’t be there. In the moments when their heart feels heavy, reassure ___ that they are always home, because You’re always with them! Fill their heart with the anticipation of returning home for a visit, but also finally being home with You. Amen.
