(Galatians 2:20) Because of Your grace and love, Father, we live in the “already-not-yet.” Yes, Your perfect, beautiful return remains on the horizon, but even now, the tomb is already empty. You have already been raised to life. You already have victory over sin, death, and hell, Yahweh. In the same way, for those who are in Christ—like Your child, ___—our old identity “no longer lives.” Our old selves—with all of our sin, brokenness, and darkness—have been crucified with Jesus. Now, because of Your great love, we are united with You—“empowered by the faith of the Son of God”! What a beautiful, transformational reality with which You’ve blessed us, Father. In light of that, I ask You to bless ___ with boldness, courage, and confidence—knowing Your Spirit lives within them. When ___ is feeling discouraged and lonely, Father, replace that darkness with Your love and truth—that they are empowered and filled because You, the Anointed One, live through them. Hold this truth at the front of ___’s heart, mind, and soul this week, Father. Amen.
