(Hebrews 4:14-15) What an amazing, transformational gift Jesus is to the world. Not only did He save us from our sin through His death and resurrection. Not only does He freely, in His love and grace, offer salvation for all those who trust in Him. Not only does He give us a perfect example for how to live and follow You on this Earth. He gives all of that to His children, yet He still offers more. In Your infinite wisdom, Father, You gave us a Savior who also can perfectly empathize with humanity because He experienced what we experienced. He’s been through what we’ve been through. Even when we’re in the midst of a trial that no one else in our lives has experienced, Jesus can relate. Our Great, Magnificent King-Priest knows and understands our troubles. Because of Jesus, Lord, You know ___’s troubles. You know their heart, and You know the trials they’re experiencing at this very moment. Although many of us have trouble relating and truly empathizing with ___ in this season, You do that perfectly. You will always be there for ___ because of Your incredible, transformational love. Surround ___ with that love, understanding, and empathy this week and beyond, Father. Thank You for Your unending love and amazing grace. Amen.
