(Philippians 4:12-13) Father, this life brings so many challenges and obstacles to following the life You’ve set out for Your children. Today, Jesus, I pray for ___ to be an overcomer. Through Your Holy Spirit, Father, overcome the negative thoughts and any shortage of inspiration, love, and encouragement from ___. Overcome the fear about who, what, or when—the unknown and uncertainty of the future. Father, You are ready to equip us and help us, so would You help ___ to rely on You and Your everlasting love and grace for them? I pray for a spirit of overcoming to dwell within ___, and that no challenge would be met without the confidence of Your Holy Spirit. Through You, Jesus, no matter the headache, no matter the negative thought, empower ___ to overcome the challenges and obstacles, because You already overcame sin, death, and the cross so that we can have life and life abundantly.
