(Psalm 142:3) Dear Heavenly Father, ___ feels overwhelmed. Please bring them friends who can help them with all the pressures they are dealing with. By Your Holy Spirit, give them the ability to keep things in proper perspective and to manage their time well. Help them to see what’s really significant and give them the ability to let go of the issues that are of lesser importance. Father, please give them proper rest so they will be able to handle all the things they are facing. Energize them both in body and mind so they will be able to handle all the tasks that come their way. I ask all these things in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
