(James 1:19-20) Dear Father in heaven, I know that the anger of man does not accomplish the righteousness of God. ___ is struggling with their temper. They are quick to become angry and this has caused great problems in their life and in the lives of those around them. Through the sanctifying work of Your Holy Spirit, please help ___ to learn to be “quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.” Please help them to repair the relationships they have damaged because of their quick-temper, and help ___ to replace anger with genuine love. I ask all these things in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Amen.
