(Psalm 118:8) Jesus, today I ask that You’d bring recovery into the life of ___. I pray You will allow a total recovery from all the pain, grief, and hardship they have experienced in their life thus far. I pray not only for recovery, but also for preparation for what is ahead. Without recovery, there can be no acceptance of what You may have for us in the future. In light of this, Jesus, I ask that through Your Spirit You would bring recovery to ___. Let their heart beat again with Your love, Your hope, Your trust, and Your goodness. Give them a new excitement to experience new things in new ways. Allow them to feel again, embrace again, and to live and love again. Father, You are the great Healer and Orchestrator of recovery. I pray that You’d come alongside ___ to help them pause and reboot their life until they are ready to launch into the new life You have awaiting them. I pray new words of hope will come alongside ___, and that You would also empower them to pause and reboot until You launch them out into a new glorious future in You, Father. Amen.
