(1 Thessalonians 1:2-3) Holy God, Yahweh, thank You for ___. They have been a pillar of faith and example of love, service, hope, and patience for me and those whom You’ve put into their life. In both times of trial and times of success, ___ has shown me what it looks like to trust in You, Your character, and Your promises regardless of current circumstances or disappointments. Through Your Holy Spirit, Father, ___ has given me a picture of Your unending love put into practice to serve others. Not only has ___ encouraged me through their loving example, but they’ve also helped equip and empower me to love those around me. In everything, it’s clear You’ve given ___ an amazing and overwhelming sense of hope and endurance that is based in Your goodness and character. How inspiring it’s been to watch ___ continue to “run the race” of faith with patience, perseverance, and hope. Thank You for this incredible and tangible example of Your love for me, Father.
