(Romans 10:13) Father, You are not a God who discriminates. You are not a King who picks and chooses His subjects and followers. For those who surrender to You, You don’t say “yes” to some and “no” to others; You freely and openly welcome “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord Yahweh.” When it comes to Your mercy, grace, and forgiveness, it doesn’t matter what we’ve done or the sins we’ve committed. You still accept us. You still welcome us. You still rescue us and offer us new life. I thank You and praise You for that, Father! God, ___ needs to hear this truth right now. ___ needs to be filled with the goodness and hope of this promise. In their sin and their shame, Father, I ask You to rescue ___. Pull them out of the pit of despair and darkness. Show ___ the new life You are offering them—a life filled with light, hope, peace, grace, and forgiveness. Give ___ the beautiful gift You offer to all Your children, and, through Your Spirit, equip ___ with the courage to accept it. Amen.
