(Hebrews 4:1-3) Dear Heavenly Father, ___ is in need of rest. Right now, their life is out of balance and it is causing them to struggle. Please relieve the pressure they are feeling, and give them the opportunity to disengage and rest. As they rest, I pray that You would replenish their energy and grant them peace and strength. Help them to see that You desire for us to live our lives in balance and that rest is to be a part of that balance. Your Word commands us to stop working and spend time resting and worshiping You. Help ___ to see that and embrace it so they will find themselves in the center of Your will. Thank You for the blessing You are going to bring their way. Amen.
