(Hebrews 11:1, 6) Sometimes, Father, as Your children, it can feel as if we’re “running the race” for nothing, as if our faith, hope, and endurance isn’t getting us anywhere. Over and over, the Enemy tries to convince us that we’re striving for an empty reward, that nothing is waiting for us on the other side—but, as Your Word says, we know that isn’t true. As the author of Hebrews says, we know You “reward the faith of those who give all their passion and strength into seeking [You].” ___ is one of those people, Father. I’ve seen it in their life, through their actions, and so have so many other people whose paths have intersected ___’s life. If anyone is deserving of eternal rewards, God, it is ___. In Your mercy, grace, and love, Father, I ask that You recognize the faith of ___ and reward them with blessings both in this life and beyond. In this life, deepen their faith and strengthen their confidence in You. In the next life, prepare an incredible and beautiful reward for Your servant, ___.
