(Romans 12:2) Against our will and against Your design, this world pulls us down into itself, Father. Time and time again, the Enemy tries to entice us, to tempt us into giving up Your will, Your Word, and Your truth. As You know, we face daily battles in the spiritual realm. We face daily decisions to either choose to imitate the ideals and opinions of this world, society, and popular culture, or, to rise above. Lord, perhaps now more than ever, ___ faces this pressure—not just in their sport, but at home, in class, with their friends, and everywhere in between. At every corner, sin is waiting for ___; the Enemy is trying to trap them and pull them down a path a darkness and destruction. Despite this temptation, God, I know You are with ___. I know Your Spirit lives within ___, empowering them to overcome this temptation and rise above. Because of that, Father, I ask You to continue to inwardly transform ___ through Your Holy Spirit through a total reformation of their thinking. Equip ___ to overcome the trials, temptations, and influences around them to discern Your will and “live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in [Your] eyes.” Thank You for Your Spirit, Lord. Amen.
