(Ephesians 4:11-12) God, I thank You for Your Church, the body of Christ. Thank You for making us all one in Christ. Thank You for giving us different gifts to use in building up one another. I thank You for ___, who faithfully serves others in a leadership position. ___ has such a servant’s heart, always ready to do whatever needs to get done. ___ leads us by example, a doer of Your Word. I pray that You continue to bless ___ with endurance and patience. I pray that ___ will not grow weary or burnt out in ministry work, which happens much too often. Help those of us who work under ___’s leadership to show our appreciation and gratitude for services rendered for the Kingdom’s sake. May we never take one another for granted. Please bless ___ for the sacrifices made to keep us encouraged and uplifted. Give ___ Your wisdom and discernment to guard against dissention and division within the body of Christ. Continue to guide and direct ___’s decision-making. Make ___’s heart desire to only please and glorify You, in all that’s done for Christ’s & His Kingdom’s sake. Guard ___’s heart from the evil one.
