(1 Timothy 4:12) You have given ___ a number of gifts, Father. Above all, You’ve given them the incredible, unmatched gift of Your Holy Spirit living inside of them. And through Your Spirit, Lord, You’ve given ___ the power to speak truth, to overcome evil, and to set an example of goodness, grace, and love to those around them. I’m especially thankful for that gift right now, Father, as ___ enters into this next stage of life. In the coming weeks, months, and years, God, empower ___ to use their gifts for Your glory and for the good of themselves and those around them. Although ___ is still young, don’t let that inhibit them from setting an example for others—both those younger and older than them. Empower ___, Father, in humility, to shine their light in the darkness and use their gifts to bring Your love, hope, peace, and goodness into the world. Amen.
