(Psalm 3:5) Father, I pray for peace and sleep to rest over ___’s mind, body, and soul. Hold them in Your arms and rock them to sleep as their mother did when they were a child. May the worries of the day and the frets of tomorrow fade away. You hold the universe in place even while we are all fast asleep. As we surrender to rest, You get out Your paintbrush to design across the sky a new sunrise for us to enjoy as we rise. Sleep is a gift You give to us each day—time to rest and replenish our strength. Allow ___’s mind to be filled with nothing but sweet dreams from Heaven.
