(Ephesians 4:12) Our ultimate Team Captain, thank You for the talents and abilities You placed in ___. Thank You for what they bring to the team. In some moments, they are the leader, and other moments, they are a follower, giving others the chance to step up. In the moments they feel they are carrying more than they can handle, I pray they call on You for help. May the load not be unbalanced, but equally distributed to all parts. I pray as the Scripture says in Ephesians 4:16 that every joint would supply. Give ___ the divine insight to know the strengths of each person and where to place them to serve in Your house. From children’s ministry to youth ministry to community outreach, I pray You highlight the right people for the job! From birth, You placed a purpose and calling on each of Your children’s lives. You have given ___ everything they need to nurture and prepare Your children as they find and fulfill their calling. I pray You allow ___ to see the ripple effect they have in Your kingdom as they help train up Your children of all ages in the way they should go. Amen!
