(Matthew 19:30) Father, my heart is filled with gratitude for ___. Time after time they have turned their day around to ensure my day and my smile doesn’t get turned upside down. Thank You for their willingness to adjust their schedule to mine in order to make my days better and brighter. Even when it inconveniences them, they offer their help with a smile on their face. When they show up on the scene, they bring Your presence and peace to calm situations. Catastrophes feel like solvable problems when I have You and ___ by my side! I am grateful for their example of a servant’s heart and what it truly means to live out the verse “the first shall be last”. After an encounter with ___, I feel so uplifted that it causes me to want to care for others in the same way! For all the times ___ is willing to be last, I pray they are first on Your list to receive blessing upon blessing. Amen.
