(Psalm 143:7-8) Father, thank You for providing us with 24/7 care. When we call on You, Lord, You do not make us wait on hold as You help others. You do not sleep or have off-hours. You always come quickly when we cry out to You. You’re simply a whisper away at all times. Father, the whispers of depression and despair can seem ever present as well, relentless in its attempts to draw us from Your hope. Make Your relentless love for ___ evident. Whether it’s a cry in the night asking for the sweet relief of sleep or a gentle whisper for help when overwhelmed in a crowded place, light their path back to peace. Some days, ___ can feel like they’re on top of the world, and the next day, they can be devastated, being brought down by depression. The healing process can be instantaneous or a gracious gradual restoration, but in both, You never leave us. Increase ___’s trust in You by showing them You will guide them through the night and dawn of the day with Your goodness. Your tender, unfailing love does not run out, but gets stronger and stronger with time as we learn to trust in Your faithfulness. I ask this in the sweet name of Jesus. Amen.
