(1 Peter 2:18) Father, thank You for the leadership You have given ___ to glean from. I pray they are able to apply the lessons they learn from their boss to both their work and home life. May there be clear lines of communication between ___ and their boss, treating each other with kindness and mutual respect. Thank You for the investment of time and energy their boss is gifting them. Prompt ___ to pray for their boss and the leadership over them each and every day. Allow ___ to feel an openness to share new ideas and insights they have for the company. When there is a misunderstanding or harsh word spoken, I pray You give ___ the strength to be vulnerable and communicate before offense sets in against their boss. Father, be with them on difficult days when tensions are high. Help them to speak kind words which turn away wrath as it says in Proverbs 15:1. May there be a freedom in the workplace for everyone to voice their needs in order for them to produce their best work as individuals, and in turn as a team. Amen.
