(Hebrews 4:12) Father, we thank You for the priceless gift of the guidebook for life You have given us. Above all the books they read, I pray they lean on Your Word, the living Word of God, as their forever foundation. Give ___ the ability to discern and decipher the truth from the teachings they encounter, measuring all of them by Your truth. May their hunger for truth and righteousness be contagious and cause others to ask about the truth they’ve found in You. Keep them from being swayed by the doctrines of this world, but help them sway the heart and soul of those around them to draw closer to You. Equip ___ with the knowledge and tools to take Biblical principles and truths into every sphere of their life, relationships, career, and beyond. As time goes on, may ___ fall deeper in love with Your Word, for it is full of mysteries to captivate our attention for a lifetime as we anticipate eternity with You. Amen.
