(Hebrews 10:23) Lord, we don’t have to look far to find examples of Your faithfulness. Not only can story after story be found throughout Scripture, but even as we look at our own life—at the ups and downs, successes and failures, pain and rejoicing—we can clearly see the evidence of Your work and Your promises to us being fulfilled. From an outside perspective, as I look at ___’s life, Father, I can see Your hand so clearly at work. In their successes, I see Your hand of blessing. In their failures, I see Your bigger plan. In their joys, I see Your Holy Spirit. In their pain, I see Your comforting embrace. Lord, just as You’ve given me a perspective to see Your work in ___’s life, would You also give ___ that same picture of Your faithfulness? This week, bring to light example after example of how You have worked, how You are working and how You will continue to work in ___’s life. When they struggle to see Your love, when they have trouble experiencing Your presence, God, fill ___’s mind with this evidence that You are a “God [who] always keeps his promises!” Thank You for giving us a living hope, Father.
