(1 Corinthians 15:57) Lord Jesus, because of Your work on the cross—Your selfless decision to step down into our world and sacrifice Yourself, out of love—the end of the story is already written. Yahweh, You have already won. You have defeated sin, death, and hell. Because of Your great love, we have every reason to hope for a bright future and everlasting restoration. As You know, Lord, the Enemy is trying to convince Your child, ___, of the lie that You have not won, that the battle is not over. The Enemy is telling ___ that they have lost the battle—that, because of their current circumstances, they don’t have any reason to hope, trust, or believe. Father, I ask You to speak louder than those lies in ___’s mind. Overcome the Enemy’s attacks on ___ with your great love. Remind ___ that they have victory in You through Jesus; their future is absolutely secure. Make it evident today to ___, Father, that even when situations, circumstances, and other people try to bring them down, they still have access to the rest, peace, joy, and hope You freely offer.
