(Psalm 107:16) Jesus, as I pray for ___ today, I ask for You to lift all weights of the past and present off of their heart and soul. Through Your Holy Spirit, replace the weights of hurt with the goodness of Your hope and grace. Replace the weight of sadness, Jesus, with a new joy and excitement for the future. The weights of this world can be heavy and discouraging, but we know that You, Lord, have already overcome every weight we can and will ever experience. I pray today, Jesus, that You will cut the chain, release the weights, and allow ___ to run to You and experience life in the fullness of Your joy. Let others see the choices they have made to live in freedom instead of bondage, and may it be contagious to everyone who encounters them.
