(Proverbs 21:21) Father, I know You are looking down on your child, ___, with a prideful smile for all they’ve accomplished. I can hear You saying “well done, my good and faithful servant, but not done yet”. Thank You that retirement by society’s standards is the end of labor, but the beginning of a new chapter You have already written for ___. I pray this next chapter holds the fulfillment of their wildest dreams. Help ___ open up their heart and dare to believe in the dreams they have deemed too late or too out of reach to come to past. Whether it be buying something they always wanted, traveling to a dream destination, or seeing a lifelong friend come to know You, may their greatest dreams be achieved in this season. I pray ___’s testimony is that Your goodness followed after them all of their days and at every turning page they can say “God wasn’t done with me yet”. Amen.
