(Colossians 3:23) Dear Lord, please help ___ in their work. With the heavy load they are carrying, please give them the strength to be able to handle all that they have to do. Please give them the motivation to do everything with excellence, understanding that they are really working for You and Your glory. Grant them wisdom, Father, to know what to do and how to do it. Almighty Lord, please bring others around ___ to help them in the work they are doing. Help them to receive the help that is offered, and guide them to make great progress in everything they do.
