(Colossians 3:23-24) Father, thank You for the team You have given ___ the opportunity to work with. I pray they do not work for the approval or affirmations of each other, but with the motivation of bringing glory to Your name. I pray that every task they are given and every responsibility they have, both big and small, they do with their whole heart. I pray they picture You there with them at work and feel You smiling on them as they continuously choose to go the extra mile for their boss, coworkers, and customers. Give them the patience that comes with an eternal perspective, knowing You are storing up rewards for them in Heaven. I pray their work would be an act of worship unto You. May they do it with a smile on their face and joy in their heart, even when the tasks are difficult or menial. Allow this to be a contagious discipline that others follow as every “joint” of the team supplies for the overall success of the company. I pray You give them opportunities beyond their experience and education to advance in their career because of the character they show as they work unto You. Amen.
