(Psalm 63:1) Heavenly Father, please direct the yearnings of ___’s heart. Help them not to chase after the things of this world, but to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Please help ___ to keep things in proper perspective and to put You on the throne of their heart. Give them a real hunger for Your Word, with great insight and understanding. Give them a genuine desire to spend time with You in prayer. Surround ___ with those who are true followers of You, and draw ___ into a closer relationship with You through their relationship with those followers. Father, please shape ___’s heart into one that seeks to honor and glorify You, and build them into the mighty child of God that You desire. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
