(Isaiah 55:8-11) We can’t always see how or where You are working, Father. Because of our limited perspectives as created human beings, we can only see a certain distance in front of us and around us. This confusion and lack of clarity can even lead to frustration, doubts, and discouragement. Amid this confusion, though, we know, Father, that Your ways are higher than our ways. You have plans and perspective far greater and better informed than anything we can come up with on our own. Remind ___ of that truth, Father. Not only that, but fill ___ with confidence and trust in Your character and love—that they might have peace in taking the step of faith to trust in Your ways and Your plans. Even when we can’t see it, Lord, You are working. Give ___ a picture of that work, Father. Show them why Your ways are greater, better, and more transformational than anything we could ever ask or imagine. Amen.
